Mr. Michael Johnson is the Managing Director of Michael Johnson & Associates Ltd.

Mr. Johnson is a seasoned Project Management and Procurement Specialist with more than 10 years of experience delivering complex, high-impact developmental projects across a range of industries in the Caribbean region. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for his exceptional ability to drive projects from concept to completion, expertly navigating the full project lifecycle—from initial identification and strategic planning to rigorous monitoring, execution, and successful close-out. His extensive expertise spans the construction, maintenance, consulting and public sectors, where he has consistently demonstrated a keen eye for detail, cost control, and risk mitigation.

 

As a Procurement Professional, Mr. Johnson has played a pivotal role in managing the procurement over 100 developmental projects, leveraging his deep knowledge of procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and supply chain management to optimize resources and deliver outstanding results. His ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency has made him a trusted leader in his field.

Mr. Johnson has an International Master’s in Business Administration from the School of Business and Law at Buckinghamshire New University in the United Kingdom, as well as, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from OTHM Qualifications, UK.

Mr. Johnson is an internationally certified Master Project Manager, a Certified Project Consultant and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAPM). He is also a Member of the Project Management Institute (USA). He holds additional certifications in the fields of Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Facility Management and Lean Six Sigma at the Black Belt Level.
